Amazon has just leaked the information that there is an Avatar title coming for late 2022. Scheduled for November 8, the production is being handled by GameMill Entertainment and the name will be Avatar: The Last Airbender – Quest for Balance. So far, the only versions listed on the site are PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
It looks like Aang is making a strong comeback in the gaming world. After his appearance in SMITE and Nickelodeon: All-Star Brawl, a mobile title has also been revealed, and now another for Sony’s consoles. Will this year be the one in which we see his triumphant return? Considering that the animations wrapped up so long ago, it would be a great way to bring them back to the fans.
The leaks from Amazon and other stores
Amazon is not the only store that ends up leaking the release of new games and revealing products that have not yet been announced. The Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store also tend to screw up the “secrecy” factor and always end up leaking things ahead of time. Apparently not even Nickelodeon’s animation was saved, with an official announcement coming soon.
