
It’s been three years since Death Stranding was released, and to celebrate its anniversary, Hideo Kojima has revealed that the game has reached over 10 million players worldwide.
The news was given in a post on Twitter, which also featured commemorative images.

“I am happy to think that there are more than 10 million Sam’s (players) around the world, all indirectly connected,” the developer wrote.
Death Stranding was originally released in 2019, and after two years, it received a Director’s Cut edition with extra content.
The game is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
