Multiple sources have told Dexerto that FunPlus Phoenix is ready to hear offers for its highly successful European Valorant lineup.
The decision comes after FunPlus Phoenix failed to be accepted into the partnership program for the upcoming Valorant League in EMEA, a region where FPX has been competing since the tournament began.
According to sources, FunPlus Phoenix has also applied for the Pacific Alliance’s partner program, and according to recent reports, organizations such as T1, Gen.G, and ZETA DIVISION have secured seats.
The source added that if FunPlus Phoenix can make it to the Pacific League, they will consider promoting Zhang “Berlin” Berlin from a second-tier team called ZHUQUE.
Led by Ukrainian veteran Kyrylo “ANGE1” Karasov, FunPlus Phoenix are one of the best teams in 2022, winning the VCT Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen and finishing fourth in the Valorant Champions.
The team also qualified for the VCT Masters Stage 1 in Reykjavik, but did not participate in the event due to travel restrictions in Ukraine and Russia.
